Storing Type Liquid Nitrogen Containers
The Product is made of aviation aluminum and structured with
high-vacuumed super adiabatic multi-layers. It is light by weight
and the daily evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen is very low. The
product is applicable to long-term and low-cost indoor static
storage of sperms,embryos, stem cells and other biological goods.
There are different specifications varying from 3 to 100 liters for
your ideal choice.

Instruction for the Container Model
A. Diameter (mm) ,size is not marked it is 50mm.
B. The capital Latin Letter means special type(B-for
transportation)
C. Nominal volume of container
D."S"means biological
E."D"means Nitrogen
Y."Y"means Liquid
e.g.1:YDS-35-50 means volume 35L,Dia.50mm,liquid nitrogen
biological container.
e.g.2:YDS-50B-80 means volume 50L,Dia.80mm,liquid nitrogen
biological container.
Product Description:
This series of liquid nitrogen container products have the
following characters:
1.High-strength aluminum alloy structure, light emptied weight
2.The lock device can be installed to the container lid upon users
requirement

multi-layer thermal isolation design
4.The products are accessory with protective cover, which enhances
the protection from reel and stumble
Using method
1. Before use, please open the cover, with liquid nitrogen, liquid
nitrogen filling after tightening cover, closed safety valve.
2 .If you need to spray pipe, then only open the valve, and close
the valve at the same time, and then open the power supply can be.
If you need a pipe spray, then open the next valve, while closing
the valve, and then open the power supply can be (Recommended).
If you need to up and down the pipeline at the same time spray,
then open up and down the valve can be, and then open the power
switch can be.
Note: please open the valve, and then connect the power supply.
3 . The use of the process, the valve can be adjusted according to
the amount of spray.
Note: If the spray mouth cream please promptly with a hot air dryer
to remove, so as not to affect the quality of spray.
4. Use is completed, if the liquid nitrogen in the tank is not
used, please turn off the power supply, then exhaust.
Note: Please disconnect the power supply, then open the vent valve,
prohibit direct exhaust.
Cleaning steps are as follows:
A.After the liquid nitrogen volatile, the rest for a few hours, the
container temperature to return to room temperature.
B. The water 40℃-50℃ into the container, and then wipe with a
cloth.
C. Rinse with water 2-3 times.
D.The container upside down to dry naturally, can also be dried
with hot air, suitable temperature is 40℃-50℃, avoid higher than
60℃.
